"Do yourself a favor and go to Loma Linda instead, especially if you’re a new mom. Wish I could give 0 stars. I left this urgent care in literal tears, unfortunately I didn’t ask the name of the provider that saw me but he was a young male, dark hair and obviously a cocky know it all. I went into the urgent care due to pain in my upper abdominal quadrant (I am 2 months postpardum and had pregnancy complications like postpartum preeclampsia) . I was feeling unwell the day before and had gone to Redlands ER and was discharged without any treatment .. the next day I felt worse and had more pain and new symptoms but because the ER is usually a whole day wait type ordeal I decided to go to this urgent care instead. Told the nurse what was going on, then the doctor came in with his mind made up that he wasn’t going to help. Immediately asked me what I wanted from him and what he could possibly do for me.. ?? I was confused like hello you’re a doctor I obviously came for help and answers. Told him that I have had many complications due to birth and he took it as maybe I’m just having some type of postpardum anxiety and depression and told me that I shouldn’t have gone there, should’ve gone to the ER instead cause he couldnt do anything for me. That the ER was better equipped than they were . and that maybe I needed mental help instead and the only thing he could do for me was send me to a behavioral specialist .. also had the audacity to tell me that if the ER discharged me the day before that my situation wasn’t emergent without even taking any samples or blood work of anything from me! Like make up your mind ?? Which one is it? Do I need to go to the ER or is it not emergent? Totally contradicted himself multiple times. How dare you say it’s not emergent without even knowing what’s going on or having any labs taken from a patient ?! Left in tears, decided to go to Loma Linda where they actually listened to me instead of assuming I was okay or crazy , they gave me a CT scan and confirmed that my liver was enlarged and immediately gave me treatment for my symptoms and pain. Whoever this doctor was should be ashamed for his bedside manner and a simple you need to go to the ER would’ve sufficed , not all that other bull crap. If you want to be ignored and talked to like you’re crazy, come to the UC"

"Don’t bother making an appointment, I waited nearly 2 hours, plus another 1/2 hour in the patient room waiting for the doctor. She was rude, abrasive and questioned me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I asked for a Covid/RSV shot and she told me there was “no point” and I’m probably at the “end of the cold”. News flash! I woke up this morning with worsened symptoms and no voice. Clearly I’m not at the end. As usual she prescribed antibiotics and didn’t have a clue what sickness I have. Front desk gals were at least friendly."

"If I could leave zero stars I would. The male provider I was seen by completely switched my charts up with someone else, gave me a covid diagnosis when I wasn’t even tested, sent my Rx to the wrong pharmacy, and ALSO sent me a n Rx that I specifically told him I was allergic to. I’m blown away. The front desk was nice, the provider that I spoke to over the phone to fix the first guy’s mistakes was very nice, but that place is beyond unprofessional with how they handle patient charts. I will never go there again."

"I’ll start by saying I never write reviews, in fact I made a Google account just to write this. This place is barley a medical facility, more like a glorified Covid testing clinic. The lack of concern and terrible communication skills from the doctors is profoundly disappointing. Save your time and go somewhere else where they actually take your medical concerns seriously. Why spend 8+ years in medical school if you’re not going to be passionate about your job and provide at least an ounce of medical care to someone seeking your help. Had my experience happened later in the day I probably would have been more understanding because we are all human and we get tired after a long day but the fact that the doctor was this rude an hour after opening speaks volumes about his choice to work in the medical field."

"Had an appointment at 12:30. I work nights so this is usually the time when I get some sleep before getting my son from school. They had me sitting here for 2 hours in a room no one ever saw me, no one ever came in and said why it was taking so long just left me there. I never even saw a doctor much less a nurse. Waste of time that I don’t have. Why have appointments if it doesn’t matter what order you’re seen in? I won’t be utilizing this place again and I’ll be sure to let my friends and family know not to either. When I walked out wasn’t even given a “sorry for the wait” . My blood pressure was 171/96 . What warrants urgency there?"
