"The guys at this shop have perfect shop etiquette. They communicated everything to me clearly and efficiently. I was told by another shop I needed new ball joints, but I didn't. I had a broken transmission mount that other shops didn't notice. I had my car towed to Kilpatrick's from another shop that didn't know how to fix it. It was an electrical problem with the optispark ignition. Kilpatrick's got me all straightened out, and my car hasn't run so good in the 3 years I've owned it.
