"Staff was kind, very close to the beach, and many restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean. Great place to stay in. Has a place to BBQ if you don't want to eat out."

"We come to Pismo often, every birthday, anniversary, and random getaways, too. For the last few years, we've exclusively stayed here because you can't beat the location, considering both proximity to the beach and all that Pismo Beach has to offer. This trip specifically, we were checked in by Ellena (glad Mike got to take a vacation!), and they had made notes about us being frequent visitors and that we normally stay in the ocean front suite. Well, this trip we had just booked a single king room, so when Ellena heard it was one of our birthdays, she offered us the upgrade to our favorite room! I love experiencing appreciation for loyalty and feeling as valued as customers as we value this amazing place being here and the way they keep working towards being better all the time. Their service has always been top-notch, and the renovations they've done over the last several years have certainly been noted by us. They know and we know we will definitely be back time and time again!"

"Location was perfect, right on the beach with a view from almost every room, you can park and not have to move all weekend. Shopping, restaurants and coffee within a few minutes walk. It is an older property but is well maintained and clean. Room was average size, bed was comfortable. The only downside is no air-conditioning, they do have ceiling fans and a portable fan in the room, which helps, but may not be enough in summer. For the price I believe it was a very good value."
