"I've been with Firefly Family Dentistry for a year now and I consider it a mini miracle. After a few tough experiences, I fell into the terrible habit of avoiding going to the dentist. "During a prior cleaning I was advised that my front tooth was infected and needed to come out before it caused me any pain. The next day I came in to discuss the different options for the removal of my tooth and the best bang for my buck. I was previously sent all the options and videos of each of the options. I was expecting a quick this is right for you and your budget and send me on my way. However, that was not the case. I was invited upstairs to talk one on one with Kelly the Treatment and Insurance Coordinator about my possible procedure options and each pros and cons. She addressed any concern or questions I had. She left to go downstairs to conmfirm her advice with the Doctors several times before fully explaining that option to me. I am truly thankful for the staff at Firefly who are so incredibly personable who know me by name and are always professional. However, this particular situation inviting me up to discuss my options and put me at ease dealing with losing my front tooth was above and beyond what a company needs to do.
