San Luis Creek Lodge

"The hotel was exactly what was pictured online. We had the king size room with a fireplace. It was very large, beautiful and clean. The fireplace was warm and cozy on the rainy days. The bed was very comfy. The shower was amazing - it was huge and had strong water pressure. We loved that there were snacks and beverages available to purchase from local businesses. The best part though might have been the delicious coffee and scones on the door every morning. It was about a 15 min walk to downtown."

"This Bed & Breakfast is quite lovely. As soon as I entered my room, the mood was set for me. The lighting was perfect … and they had jazz music playing. Pretty impressive! I had the fireplace room was it excellent. It was probably the best sleep I’ve had in awhile. The rooms are sound-proofed so it’s extremely quiet. The bathroom had a large shower with thr perfect amount of pressure. For breakfast, they place a cut bag on your door with fresh scones and a thermos of coffee. There are a lot of small touches that for a long way. The bikes out front are adorable and accessible. The things I will point out are: 1. While the rooms are soundproofed, if you have someone above you … you will hear them walking or dropping things. My first night was bliss. The second night I was awaken by walking from those above me. 2. No help with luggage. While I am perfectly capable of carrying my own baggage, it is hard to carry a suitcase up a flight of stairs let alone two flights. I think a quick remedy would be asking the guests if they need help. It would be hard for someone who’s older or handicapped. Amazing stay!"

"A unique and eclectic styling to the room. Staff competent and personal with high level of attention. Morning coffee and pastry delivery to each room was excellent. Location wedged in along a strip of inns and motels along US 101. Very close to SLO downtown, walking distance. Also easy trip to awesome ocean preserves and mountains. Stay here!!!"

"Beautiful decor. We booked the room with the fireplace and loved how spacious it was. I also love that they are dog-friendly which was perfect for our pup after a long day of traveling. Beds are comfortable; showers have great water pressure; Aesop products; and loved the morning pastries! Highly recommend!"

"I’ve stayed here several times! It’s my favorite place to stay at in San Luis Obispo! Every detail about your stay is really awesome. Bryce always checks me in to my room and is always super helpful. The room when you first walk in has music playing for you, the lights on, and windows open for fresh air. The bathrooms have the best shampoo, conditioner, etc! Not to mention in the morning you’ll receive hot coffee and pastries! I love it here!!"
