"Nothing wrong with the hotel other than the smart mouth little girl at the front desk. I’m a Titanium Elite member and so first thing I do as I come to the front desk I offer my license. Her response was “why are you giving me this” I stated to her I was checking in. No big deal not having common sense but everything after that I asked followed a smart remark and rudeness. Welcome gift sucked too with plain tortilla chips and that old Halloween candy tht nobody eats"

"Love this hotel it's very nice inside and out. All the staff here are very friendly and professional. The rooms are large and the bed is very comfortable. There is an area to walk your dogs if you have them. There is also a bistro you can order breakfast and dinner that's the only thing I could say bad about it is the menu is very limited on selections I wish there was more to choose from. The grounds are kept clean and we'll maintained. Over all one of the nicer hotels I've stayed at. The prices are also reasonable for the rooms and comfortability that this hotel offers."

"I recently stayed at the Courtyard Marriott and, overall, found it to be a perfectly adequate hotel. However, there’s a catch. Tucked amidst their standard rates is a pesky $15 fee for parking. Mind you, this hotel is situated next to a highway and shares its vicinity with a Motel 6. It’s incomprehensible to me that in such a location, where open space is abundant, they’d have the audacity to charge for parking. What’s next? A 20% tip suggestion on the parking fee? While the hotel itself met basic expectations, I’m deducting stars purely for these unjustifiable “junk fees.” I implore the investor LLC to reconsider such practices. My review will reflect a better rating when these unnecessary charges are dropped."

"We come to SLO often but have only stayed at this location once before. Our stay this weekend was great . Very pleased with our stay. Nice room, friendly and professional staff, secure and very nice amenities. I usually stay at Hilton properties and there is no question that this property has a slightly higher price point then some of the Hilton affiliated properties close by, but it was totally worth it. I really valued the friendly professional staff and management."
