"We got this room las minute since we decided to stay one more night in Paso. The room has an old smell and it looks like it’s overdue for a remodel. The pool looks like it has not been cleaned in months. Unfortunately we have decided to checkout early and leave drive home. For what the price of the room was it doesn’t match up. Very pricey for a smelly musky room."

"I've never stayed in a room that has no coffee machine! That a biggie for me. I asked about one, thinking maybe they just forgot to place one but nope! Hair dryer was dirty/slimy, restroom fan didn't work in any of their rooms as we'd asked to swap rooms but none of them have a working fan. That was a huge deal for my husband. We tried to ask for a manager to perhaps compensate some of the cost but we were told there was no manager that weekend who could help us. They could have at least dropped the extra charge for the tiny dog we had with us!! $50 extra a night!! We would've left but it was paid ahead of time and memorial weekend; nobody had openings."

"From the moment I checked in, everything was perfect. The guestroom was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The woman that checked me in, the gentleman that works in Housekeeping and Maintenance, the Executive Housekeeper that cleaned my guestroom, to the gentleman I spoke with at the Front Desk have all been wonderful. From someone who has been in the Hospitality Industry for years kudos to ALL of you. A BIG Thank You."

"Not a Best Western anymore! Most likely because of the low quality. Our toilet was broken and made a noise all night long. Bath tub was ancient and chipped. Taps a nightmare to turn on. Room was baking hot and the fridge was noisy. Uncomfortable beds with a squeaky frame/mattress topper. Got very little sleep. Service desk couldn't have cared less when we raised the issue. Breakfast was also closed "temporarily" but no reason given. Best Western prices without the dependable quality and very misleading to say it's a Best Western..."

"Nice reasonably spacious room. Missing a piece of furniture in a corner - reading lamp was there but not the armchair that would have been perfect for the spot. Fridge, microwave and coffeemaker in the room. Friendly staff. My big complaint: the bed. The mattress was a good 3 inches larger all around than the box spring beneath it, so it tipped downward when we tried to sit on the edge or get in the bed. Awkward. Also, the bottom sheet was weirdly non-slip, meaning that nightclothes stuck in place making changing position a challenge. Lastly, the pillows were small and very hard. They looked great on the made bed but they were a nightmare to sleep on. I'd really have been able to write a more positive review. Possibly not all the rooms have these problems."
