"I had been having health complications for over 3 weeks and my doctor ordered me to get a blood draw. I made an appointment at Quest and arrived on time and per usual, they were running behind. The workers are looking for any excuse to clock out early and leave and have no regard for their customers. They were telling the 8 or so patients sitting in the waiting room that they need to reschedule. I was told I could not get a blood draw because I am a minor but when my Dad showed up they had already cancelled my appointment. Horrible service and rude workers."

"Great experience. I was a walk-in patient and only waited a maximum of 15 minutes. Lynard was my nurse and I mentioned to him that I was a bit nervous to have my blood drawn. He was super quick, painless, and talked me through everything. He made this a comfortable experience for me, and he deserves high praises! Thank you, Lynard!"

"If I can give 0 star I would. I have arrived at 0605 am I had to get my blood test done after taking medicine. They had only 1 employe young man he was working hard but couldn’t catch up . The other blonde women was very slow . I had to wait over an hour . Very poor service shame on corporate pigs that do anything to line their pockets and treating the patients and their employees poorly. And please don’t reply with some stupid reason. This is not the first time"
