John Andrews: Allstate Insurance

"I have been a customer of Allstate for over 30 years. I recently had a problem with a policy. I reached out and called the office. I spoke with a representative of John's , her name is Eden. She was so dismissive regarding my problem and concerns. I couldn't believe the attitude I was experiencing with this individual. I asked to speak to John and she said, " I don't know what his schedule is this week, but I send him the message." It is now Sunday morning and I spoke with Eden on Tuesday. I have never heard from John. I am so upset by the lack of concern or care after being a so-called valued client. I called back the office later the same afternoon and spoke with Sabrina. She was helpful and very kind. I would have thought that after being a loyal client of John's for over 28 years, I deserve the respect of a returned phone call. Lori Obermeyer"
