"Frauds..received dentures that didn't fit..aspen charged my care credit almost 2000.00...schedule appt for re-do..office closed....office reopen 6 months later..returned dentures for refund..they said it will take up to 3 months for refund..still haven't received refund..paying care credit monthly for something I don't have!..contacting state of wi attorney General off!"

"I would never go here again both mine and my husband teeth have been ruined by them. I had to have 2 extra root canals and endodontic surgery with 3 crowns after they messed all of mine up. I spent thousands of dollars at Aspen on root canals and crowns for them to all fail. My husband on the other hand, they put crowns on teeth that needed root canals, but did not do the root canal. Now he has to pay for a root canal and a crown on different teeth. Would never ever recommend them. I have heard so many different horror stories for others as well. Stay far away, unless you want them to mess up your teeth and then pay to have things done all over again. And let me tell you crowns are not cheap even with insurance."

"The unsanitary device used for X-rays had the plastic changed with the same gloves used to text someone on their personal cell phone and I got sick. Coincidentally? Maybe, but do you want to risk it? Also the trainee assistant jammed the suction tube into my jaw 10,000 times to the point I needed a break. She relentlessly gagged me over and over while laughing and telling the doctor some ridiculous story. It was my worst experience in 47 years. Also the dental tools left out were very traumatizing see photos."

"I visited this location awhile back . The service was horrible . Extremely expensive. It was rushed and everyone was coming in and out of the room so quickly . After the fact i had an infection that didn’t heal right away . After a week i tried to contact aspen and no response i even drove to the location and they stated there phone system was down but would have a doctor call me which never happened . I ended up contacting my doctor to have them look at my mouth and give me more medicine . I would never recommend Aspen to anyone ."

"My experience here has always been great. Every one is so friendly, helpful and kind Cabrina is an amazing dental assistant and possibly a denture wizard! Make sure you have an experienced and amazing denture wizard as they make the transition easier! Getting used to dentures can be really hard, but she makes all of my adjustments a breeze! I am always so happy with any work I have done."
