Reviews of Dental Professionals
"My experience as a patient for Dental Professionals has been nothing short of amazing. Right when you enter the office you are greeted with warm smiles and immediately feel comfortable. The dental assistants and hygienists do a great job making you feel welcome and relaxed as you enter the dental chair. The dentists always make your visit enjoyable, fun, and professional. They truly care about the patient and put the patient first with everything they do. I always leave their office with a smile on my face."
"I was away living in CA for four years and finally made it back to WI; Dental Professionals was just as good and thorough as they have been my whole life growing up in Germantown! The front desk and hygienists were very friendly and knowledgeable, and the cleaning was much better thank my dentist in CA. Sam was the dentist for my appointment and was very nice, too!"
"I wouldn’t recommend any other dental office in the area except here. The hygienists and dentists are great with both adults and children and treat everybody with the utmost respect. They ensure you are comfortable and truly do care about your experience. I won’t go anywhere else!"
"Weirdest work interview experience EVER! I applied for a dental front office position there, and both the phone interview and in-person interview went very well. They seemed like really nice people, but it turns out they are instead, wolves in sheep's clothing! They asked me for a work reference, giving me the email address of Tracy, one of the interviewers, by which to respond. I gave them a hygienist's name whom I used to work with. She is an awesome person who knows me well, and she sent them a very solid reference for me through Tracy's (alleged) email address. But instead of responding to her email, they completely ghosted both her and me! Not very professional! When I left the office on that Friday, two of the 5 interviewers stated I would hear back over the weekend, or by Monday at the latest, so I waited. No word ever came, so I thought maybe they had just moved on. I told them I would do the same, but that it would have been nice to at least get some type of response, rather than just "radio silence." I know now, that the email address they gave me was the correct address, because I called a week or two later and Beth, another one of the interviewers, verified it directly with me. I asked what happened, and why they didn't respond to the professional reference I gave them, nor to my phone and email messages either, and Beth acted like she knew nothing about it. Seriously? Well after seeing this review, today they did respond on the email I was given. Shocking. If this is the way they treat prospective employees, imagine how they treat the average patient who is seeking a new dentist in the Germantown area. Clearly they are NOT true "Dental Professionals!" They asked me during my interview, what the most important thing is to me when working at the front desk, and I replied, "Communication!" IRONIC. Dental patients, there are hundreds of more attentive dental offices all over the Germantown and surrounding areas. Don't waste your time on people that only seem to feel that you are wasting their's! Read that again! Patients beware!!!"
"My experience at this “new to me” dental office in Germantown has been nothing short of extraordinary. My first appointment for a cleaning was scheduled by a very pleasant member of this professional team. Then they took the full time allotted with me just as they told me they would. No short cuts, no rush me out here. My first visit was followed up by a letter in the US Mail thanking me for joining their customer family. Wow! I recently lost a crown over the weekend and they saw me immediately on that Monday after l called for an emergency visit. Then they reminded me of my appointment BOTH times, via text. Nice! EXCELLENT customer service must be talked about because it is so very rare these days. Lastly, they have all the most up to date technology too! Bravo Dental Professionals. ***Cherry on top…your office is visually stunning as well. I will talk you up to everyone l know. Already have!"
