"Staff is really rude and impolite. They badly treated patients in their way. I don’t want to come back this place again."
"The office is very poorly organized. Always very long wait and unprofessional staff. The front desk is very rude. First we waited almost a hour to get the xray done. They told us to go back to get the CD in 10 minutes. When we went back to get the CD, a male front desk refused to let us in, tell us we have to wait again outside...the line was very long. I don't understand why they don't make appointments for people. Shame on them being in the medical field but make it so hard for people who are already not feeling well. The managers of the place should check on the behaviors of the front desk staff and do something about it."
"The workers at front desk had no patience in answering in answering my question regarding payment. It was confusing, because my doctor assured me the visit would be free. The room scoffed and looked at me like I was ridiculous and told me I have to pay no matter what. This is my first time doing this, and my body wasn’t feeling well. I double-checked with my doctor, and she said I didn’t have to pay. I wouldn’t even be mad or upset when I’m told upfront that I have to pay, but after their horrible attitude, I’m really upset about how unprofessional they are to treat patients like this. I guess when you visit this place, it’s better you do whatever they say and even you have questions. Don’t bother to asking, just know it would just make things more uncomfortable both physically and emotionally."
"I was trying to make an appointment for my husband, so I called and wait in the line for like 1.5 hours to get someone answered the phone for me. and then she told me she was unable to make appointment due to the the wrong" code" from my dr office. I asked if she could call for me since I do not have the code in hand and she refused and had very bad attitude . I don't know what's wrong with these people."
"After reading the evaluation of others, a little nervous, but when I went there, I found that it is OK, room 105 is each patient check in must first report the place, need to fill in the form, let them copy your ID. Then wait until the person in charge of the inspection comes to take your file and call your name, and then go in. The inspectors were polite and courteous. At the time of appointment, it won't be long. I finished two tests in one hour. I'm quite satisfied. What's more, the staff here are very responsible, they will call you a day in advance, remind you not to forget the inspection tomorrow, and then confirm the time and room number with you. It's good."
