"Wonderful service, very polite staff. They explained exactly what they were doing to my vehicle and got me in and out quickly. These are clearly professionals who care about the quality of their craft. I will be getting my oil changed here every time! The entertainment portion of my oil change was watching the two managers diffuse a situation with an exquisite male Karen specimen. This dude was making false claims they had put incorrect oil in his FIvE THouSAnD DoLLeR EnGIne (yes, he said this at least 3 times in the 10 minute interaction). He appeared agitated and raised his voice saying ‘EVERYONE MAKES MISTAKES YOU AREN’T PERFECT’ over and over again and even decided to flip them the bird. It was honestly like watching a 6 year old throw a tantrum. Luckily, the shop managers had video proving that no, they had not left the wrong oil in his car. This guy was clearly having a bad day and needed people to belittle to feel better about himself. I tip my customer service hat to the managers—faced with an angry 60 year old man questioning my competency, I don’t know if I could have handled the situation with as much grace and poise. They calmly refuted his claims and got him taken care of. Not sure if the above paragraphs are the most relevant to deciding where you should service your car, but after watching that craziness unfold I wanted to highlight what a great shop this place is. I highly recommend checking them out the next time you need service!"

"This is a great location. I’m not from the area but I pulled in after having some car troubles during my drive to Milwaukee. Didn’t catch their names but both guys were very helpful and easy to work with. I appreciated that they took the time to help me out and pointed me in the right direction on how to get my car serviced."
