"Worst lab ever! I am a cash customer and prior to my visit I received an estimate of service for $324 for basic labs (cbc, thyroid, etc.). I had them drawn and received a bill yesterday for $611!! I thought it was a mistake and called the billing dept only to be told that that the estimate is only an estimate and they would not provide a discount or lower my bill. Furthermore, she was extremely rude and said if I did not pay within 45 days my credit would be affected. I will not use this dishonest lab again or recommend to any of my patients."
