"This was a walk in location. Staff was courteous. My wait time was less than 20 minutes. The technicians took good care of me. Parking is validated."

"Possibly the most frustrating appointment scheduling I have ever experienced. No idea if the staff there are competent, however their scheduling team clearly isn't. Spent over 90 minutes on phone over two days trying to schedule a single MRI, resulting in multiple phone calls from them where they would ask "why are you calling?" to which I would reply "I don't know, you called me?" long silence ensued "oh right we need to schedule you" "you scheduled us yesterday, we have a confirmed appointment for XX date" "oh sorry no we have to cancel that. but we can reschedule" "ok..." "what's the patient name?" "can't you see in front of you with the appointment you called me to reschedule?" "please hold" --then 5 minutes later-- "why are you calling us today?" unbelievable. it was like something out of a satire except it was real life and about real medical issues. Cannot discourage strongly enough, avoid these people. LA is full of competent medical professionals, including most who can schedule an appointment in less than 5 minutes...these aren't them."

"Going to this place was amazing . The lady in the front was very kind and showed me the way on how to get free validated parking and after losing my ticket she let me go back inside and helped me look for it . The customer service was excellent. I would definitely go back again and recommend this place to you guys"

"I was not expecting my visit to be as awesome as it was when I first entered. However the front staff of one was very nice. And seeing how it's very small I figured I'd wait along time seeing that a male staff went to lunch probably won't attend me til he got back. I was called shortly after. Was given everything from gown to instructions. And I felt the female staff technician matching my energy cause I wanted to get this over with and out the door. She was very quick with my IV. I'm looking around to see if anyone would assist her, but no. She hustled on her own and I knew this is what we go through being in the medical field. Overworked and under appreciated. Not once did she complained. She had that great energy and it was very empowering to see that we can definitely surpass on our own when the job needs to get done. I was very proud of being in the hands of someone who worked so efficiently yet humble. When the 18 minutes were up and the MRI process was finished. I see a older male worker peeping through the blinds Like wondering what she is doing alone. Followed by the male coworker who left for his break or lunch. All I hear her say is " we're finished and done". I had the greatest experience"

"Very friendly and didn't have to wait to long to get called in. And the procedure was fast and the tech was helpful. It felt like I was in and out real quick. Overall good experience."
