"Great Staff and Fantastic Haircuts, but communication issues with staff not working when you schedule appointments at least from my experience. Waited an hour for my haircut just to be told she wasn’t there and I got a new appointment booked, but no compensation of percentage off next haircut or anything for my lost time waiting in the lobby. I’ll still come back and give it another shot, but if communication isn’t better to customers like me, then I’m not going here any longer."

"Sydney from Ecco did an amazing job! I came to her with a real bad situation where another stylist in Madison had colored my hair completely wrong and caused a lot of damage doing so a few days before. She kindly walked me through what she was going to do to help bring me back to a more natural and neural global color that ended up being absolutely stunning. She also gave me a deep conditioning treatment and suggested products and other treatments that would help get my hair back to a more healthy place. Left feeling way better about my hair than when I came in and with a beautiful color too! All around great salon and experience with Sydney!"

"I’ve been going to this place for about six months now and it’s only been excellent. I’ve seen two stylists, Brooke and Sydney and they both do great work. Not only is the place exceptionally clean and well maintained, they are always on time, front desk staff are very nice efficient and helpful as well. Perhaps you’re hesitant about having a “student” cut your hair, but I’d say your fears while warranted aren’t anything to be concerned about. The team here I’ve seen is very collaborative and you are going to get an excellent cut and experience no matter which level of stylist you were to choose."

I was able to do a hair and make up trial before the big day so I can see how I felt. I worked with Hana for my makeup and Stephanie for my hair. They listened to me and did such a wonderful job. They took care of me and my bridal party. I highly recommend them!"
