"Love this salon! I always love my hair results and it is such a beautiful relaxing salon to be in. They have been so easy to work/communicate with too (they will be doing my bridal hair and makeup)! For hair, I always see Fill and she is so fun and so good at what she does!"

"This is a nice little place to get your haircut. And they still let you make appointments, which is excellent. Not a lot of places are doing that anymore. They were also open later in the evening we were able to schedule an appointment at 7:30 p.m. We were happy that they were able to accommodate us later in the day. However they gave my brother a very patchy haircut. I don't think they're very experienced in cutting guys hair. He still had a huge patch of hair left over on his neck that I had to help him cut off."

"I was recently in for a cut and a color and I am very dissatisfied with the results. I had to have someone completely fix the cut as the stylist did not dry cut it at all. I paid over $260 ($300 with tip) for a partial highlight (when I scheduled balayage) and a cut. I would expect that type of pricing if I had received a high quality balayage and cut, but that was not the case."

"I would not recommend this salon. I had my hair colored last week which included a root touch up and partial highlight. I went back this week because my gray wasn’t covered and my highlights looked very ashy. I was very specific all 3 times I tried this place with pictures and explanations on my hair and what color I last used. I have a very important interview this coming weekend and told them how important it was that I look good. I left feeling worse then I went in! My hair isn’t at all what we discussed or even close to the pictures I showed. I was just told that she didn’t have time to do anything else and that they will refund me my money! But what about my hair? They didn’t offer to fix it! I was just told I don’t have time. This is not a good way to treat your customers and I just want everyone to beware and stay away from this place, they don’t care!"

"I had the most WONDERFUL experience at Rooted Culture. I was getting prepped for my upcoming wedding and have bright red hair. Jacqui worked tirelessly to find an extensions match since my main ones were discontinued. From there, Jenna took the reins to install my beaded wefts. She was extremely communicative and worked with me to make sure they were installed comfortably and to my liking. The environment is clean and modern. Definitely recommend!"
