"The woman working today 12/27/23 has zero communication skills. Early morning walk in, fasting, Ive been waiting for an hour and have no idea when I’ll be called in. Because she took so long with the first patient I lost my walk in spot to two appts. Had she been efficient and knowledgeable in what was needed she could have taken care of me too. After being in the phone for 1/2hr she then disappeared in the back with a the first patient, been gone another half hour and didn’t explain or even acknowledge the rest who are waiting. If you have a choice, choose Quest. This is a rude, non-professional way to treat people. 1/9/24 Update…I asked for a refund. LabCorp owner responded below saying they hoped to resolve the issue quickly. I have not received a refund or heard anything back regarding this."

"The lady at Ventura Lab Corp is top notch; professional, efficient, gentle, and kind. I need frequent blood draws and she’s never hurt me once! I make an appointment so there’s no waiting. My favorite lab!"

"No call, no show for blood draw. Finally reached Anna and she said she forgot to call and calcel. She then attempted to cancell my PT appointment through them also. Spoke to the coordinatior at Buena Vista and then case management at Simi Hospital who originally sent up the appointments. Inept might best describe their service."

I understand that she may be under stress , however that's not an excuse for her behavior. She should not be allowed to work with the public . She needs a job where she has no public contact at all."
