"This place is a disaster. I would have use other locations. They kept my parents in the office for hours and don't care how old they are and what is their needs. My parents had an appointment and they are keep saying the order is not in their system. Doctor office faxed it three times and they have a system that it will show anyway the order. I think robots would act more human as these heartless staff in the lab. Poor dad with illness 80 years old stayed there for the second time from 9:15 to now that it is 12:00 noon and his appointment was 9:30 I really expect company to call and talk to me from the upper level and explain this? You can not reach anyone in the lab and it is all just money making machine. Where are we going with these type of procedures and changing our great system to these?"
