"Waited 2 and a half months after agreeing to have him replace a damaged door before he said he was ready to do the five day job. Dropped our car off, and didn't hear anything for a couple of weeks. Stopped by, and he had painted the door, finally. Said two blackout decals would arrive the next day, and he would have it ready on Monday. Called and left a message asking for an update. Got nothing. Called three or four more times, never answered my calls. Finally, after 3 1/2 weeks without the car, stopped in again to check on the car. It was done, but they had left the door open while working on it, and the battery was dead. Finally picked it up later that day, just shy of four months from the time he agreed to do the work. Not once during that three and a half months did he ever contact me first. And, as other posts have mentioned, he had trouble working with our insurance company(State Farm). It took both me and our agent stepping in to get them working together. He seems like a nice guy, but not someone to take your car to if you want it back in anywhere near a reasonable amount of time. During all of the waiting, I did contact another shop, and they indicated they could start on the car the next day, and depending on parts needed, it would be less than two weeks(they are another local shop with much better reviews). Unfortunately, by that time, he had the replacement door in, so I felt obligated to stick it out. Yes, he does good work, but the excessive wait times, and lack of communication, don't come close to justifying taking your car there."

"Many promises that my car would be done by the end of the week, and it still sits there two months later. There is always an excuse as to why it is not done. The owner is hard to get a hold of for questions and has lots of issues working with insurance."

"I can't speak on the auto body work that is done here. However, I can speak on the $375 in sponsorship advertising that was never paid to the local high school. When approached about his overdue payments over a 6 month period, he was VERY brash. Also, one of the 5 star reviews for this business is from the owner himself..."
