The staff was so friendly and attentive, ensuring we were happy with our products and services they provided. I will definitely be going back!"
"While I can understand them being a newer store, it’s a busy day, the claimed to be short staffed, it does not make up for the poor customer service you receive. Especially the “Experience Manager”, she takes zero responsibility for her poor staff and the way they treat and talk to you. Tip: if they tell you they’re out of a product go check for yourself. I was told on 3 occasions they were out of a product (that they claimed to go and look for) and I went and found all 3 products in the store on the shelf. Clueless. Poor staff. Needs more training on how to treat customers. Unfortunate, because it was nice to have this store in this area."

"I took some things back, and they returned an item that wasn't even brought back. So when I went to take back the other item(the brand didn't work for me), it said it was already returned. I lost $8 because they took back the most expensive item but refunded the cheaper one. Workers are rude at this location."
