"Staff are not attentive at all"

"Standing in front of champs while my son looks at shoes. Smells si bad like weed I felt like I was in some skanky street shop in Florida."

"I usually but my shoes here at champs, yesterday i came in and a new girl was working and she was very rude and disrespectful. Her name was Katrina. She did not help me at all, I asked if she had a pair of shoes in a size 8 and she stared at me and said no. She was no help and was very rude. Maybe she was trying to be “cool” by her little guy friends but that is very unprofessional. The other workers where very helpful tho!"

"Don't expect to find any Jordan High OGs here. They always sell out for men. But otherwise you can find some really nice shoes here, and for a good price! The clerk/cashier was very nice, and have me some advice on what would go with my new Air Forces. Great place, definitely will come back when possible."

"Inattentive employees make a terrible experience. I had to interrupt a group of employee’s conversation (after waiting patiently with no one noticing) to get one of them to help me with some shoes from the back. I then was handed what I requested and the employee went back to the group without a thought to circle back at any point. Needless to say, I was handed a box with just one shoe in it. Fortunately, I was able to help myself as it was the display model and the missing shoe was on the floor. After deciding to purchase the two pairs chosen, I thought I would try my luck one more time and asked someone to find one more shoe/size for me. He was already heading in back and hesitantly offered to see if he could find the requested shoes. He then came out of the back room, walked right passed me with no acknowledgment and without the shoes requested. He did not circle back to us at any time after that either. I decided it wasn't worth any more effort from my end and that I would just take the two pairs already selected. I then was waiting in line (there were people being helped in front of me) and the cashier literally started helping the person behind me. The customer eventually said something with regards to me being in line next and then that employee shifted me to a different register requesting a different employee assist me with my transaction. On the way out, we did get a “have a nice day” from one of the many employees chatting near the front of the store. So, at least the experience ended on a positive note which is where the one star came from."
