"I have known the owner of this establishment for about 45 years. Unfortunately, I haven't had the pleasure of staying at the Carmel Valley Lodge. I am a senior and my mobility is questionable. I do know that this owner comes with many outstanding abilities and traits. She is first of all an extremely hard worker, she climbed the ranks of a major company to a management position and also owned and ran her own company. She is tenacious, artistic, innovative, and dedicated to making whatever endeavor she undertakes a success. I wish her and her son MUCH SUCCESS."

"Love this place for a weekend getaway to Carmel. Everyone there was super friendly and made it easy to book, check-in and enjoy our stay. The room was clean, quiet and perfect for us. The rooms are a bit older but the beds are comfortable and clean with new sheets. Plus you can’t beat that the hotel has a pool and is walking distance from downtown Carmel valley!"
