"Completely Disregarded and Overcharged. I had a terrible experience at this salon, specifically with a stylist named Mel. I explicitly explained that I wanted my roots colored and some front highlights, but she completely disregarded my request. After coloring, she simply dried my hair, skipping the highlights altogether. When I questioned her, she nonchalantly suggested doing it next time. I ended up paying $100 for a service I wasn’t satisfied with and didn’t even receive in full. The color was uneven, and I left feeling frustrated and ripped off. I definitely do not recommend this salon, especially if you want your specific requests to be taken seriously."
