"Enjoyed the room. The tub was fantastic, and they provided enough towels for both tub and shower. The bed was comfortable, and the linen were ok, but not great. Originally, the only heat in the room was the gas fireplace. On the cold day we were there, it took a few hours to heat the room. We later found a space heater in the closet to help. But the fireplace was sufficient once it warmed the room initially. The breakfast was pretty good, with muffins, scones and bagels. Along with fruit, Eggs, and yougurt. Will definitely stay again. The view was terrific"

"We needed a day away from home and Sea & Sand Inn delivered the perfect escape. We opted for the Luxury Spa rooms with balconies overlooking the pier and beaches. We felt we were in another world and don't think you should experience Santa Cruz any other way. Hotel offers free breakfast, cookies from 3-5, and a complimentary red or white wine to enjoy from 5:30-6:30. Easy to get to the beach and our favorite burrito spot at Point Market. Only 1 mile walk to thrifting on the main downtown street and a short trek to Boardwalk. Other beaches are a short 5-10 minute drive. We will be coming back! "This is probably my favorite hotel stay!! We had a separate bedroom and private hot tub with that amazing view of the ocean and boardwalk, plus the breakfast with the sunrise!! Absolutely stunning. Worth every dollar. Thank you!"

"We traveled as a family of 3 with our 3 year old. This was a perfect place for us! Clean, spacious and with a fenced garden where our kiddo could play while we enjoyed the stunning view of the Wharf and the Bay. Just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Free parking at site. Staff was very friendly. Bonus: free continental breakfast with great variety + snacks throughout the day including wine and cheese evenings. This place felt like home :)"

"Always a great stay here. Staff are great and consistent. Breakfast is fresh baked, cookies are fresh baked, coffee, water and tea is always hot and available 24 hours. Complimentary Wine and Cheese from 530 to 630 is a hit. Don't miss out."
