"Rooms are ok, no shampoo conditioner or soap. Bed is hard. Over the phone the people are accommodating, the staff at front desk is minimal and he had us wait to check in until he finished smoking outside. Rude."

"Clean room with fridge and microwave. Nice hot shower...small vanity. Little pool, onsite laundry room, easy parking. Great room rates and very close to Morgan Hill. Downside is the cold breakfast...waffle maker is ok. Hot breakfast would be better."

"The hotel rooms look renovated. My room was very clean. Laminate flooring, tiled standing shower, the bed was on the firm side (which I prefer). There is a pretty large desk in the room if you need to do some work. Breakfast was standard light fare - yogurt, cereal, danish pastries, fruits, waffles, sliced white bread, jams, and butter, milk, coffee….theres a Denny’s right next to the hotel if you want something heartier. I stayed here while visiting family, would stay here again."

"Well where do I start ok I have been traveling for work for almost 20 years and stay at choice hotels which Comfort is part of about 200-250 nights a year this hotel is one of the worst unfriendly staff the hotel is family owned and they argue 9 at night in the hallways. I stayed here for 4 nights and usually leave the do not disturb key on the door the staff doesn't care they come in anyways and just hide the card so the next day I can't put it on the door again. The breakfast is horrible pastries and no flavor waffles, nasty instant coffee is about all you get. I get it hotels were able to use covid-19 as an excuse to offer barely any breakfast and save money but seriously come on. Anyways if you like bad service, no respect for your privacy and a bad breakfast this is the place for you. One last note the rooms are not in anyway sound resistant you will hear everything in the hallways and the rooms next door."

"I really enjoyed this place the Reviews had me skeptical but I’m glad I came. When you walk in you do smell a Indian food smell that is strong but the rooms are absolutely amazing and can very remodeled. The staff was polite and the maids do a exceptional job in cleaning the rooms and hotel."
