"If I personally can give zero stars I truly would in a heart beat. Attention all potential patients of Turlock Imaging Center, I regret to inform you of the deeply disappointing experience I had at this facility. Unfortunately, the lack of compassion and rudeness exhibited by Violete the receptionist, one of the staff members, left a lasting negative impression. The only silver lining was the kindness shown by the X-ray technician. However, as someone who has relocated from another state, I must emphasize that the standard of care at this center falls far below expectations. It's disheartening to encounter such poor treatment in a medical setting. I urge you to consider alternative imaging centers where you can expect a more respectful and compassionate experience."
