"We informed with ex-rays at this visit that our son had an impacted tooth that was in a very bad position with possible infection surrounding it. Staff had knowledge of the tooth's poor position in previous ex-rays, but did nothing to let us know, or initiate any possible dental intervention. We were referred to their in-house orthodontist office. Honestly, this is unacceptable. This should have been address with, at the very least the last set of ex-rays. My husband was informed that the issue was first evident in an ex-ray in 2019. Why are we just now finding out about it."
