"They are timely with your x-ray results and technician is nice. However, their location hours always vary. Internet hours are not correct. Location has signs posted stating something different. Yet, sometimes they close at 3:30. Please post hours you are open and make sure staff abides by those hours."

"I brought my order in when they just opened. They said they would give us a call when they were ready to make an appointment. 6 hours later, no call. We were on hold for an hour before we decided to go in, when they told us they couldn't actually fulfill the order there. Wasted so much of our time for nothing, meanwhile what I need to be tested for is fairly time sensitive. I'll never come back here. Edit: I got an updated order for something they could fulfill here and took it in. I was told the next day I would get a call. It has been 2 days since I brought in the order and I have not received a call. I got another order for elsewhere, where I was seen next day and given results immediately of my serious condition which required me to get the proper immediate care I needed. I could actually be dead if I was still waiting for this place to call me back. I couldn't respond to the comment, but added the edit here."

"I have potential fractures in my spine they refused me an MRI because It was 4:31. American health care companies are failing to help those in need. This is the second valley MRI in that refused me service in one day."
