"I got a call at 9:16 that I didn't pick up because it was an unfamiliar number. When I called the local number for the company, I got a Jennifer with a veryy bad attitude who legitimately told me she called at 9:23, 7 minutes later, and when I asked her about my ride I got a rude "you were a no-call, no-show" and that my driver had been waiting for 5minutes for me. I was ready by 9:10, 3 minutes before my 9:13 pickup window starting time. No van. They always come around to the back, never the front, because it says in my profile that I live upstairs. What struck me is that Jennifer said outright, "no, i called you at 9:23", even after I said they called 27 minutes ago, which was 9:16. When I called back again with a question about it, she told me in a very rude voice, "It doesn't matter when I called, you were a no-call no-show, goodbye," and she hangs up. Very mean, disrespectful, unprofessional, and I am not happy in the slightest. 0/5 stars."

"When we called for pick up after our appointment. Apparently the driver arrived 7 minutes later and waited from 1:56-2:07 “longer than allowed for pick up. We weren’t there and were recorded as a no show.” However we were at the same place as when passenger was dropped off so I’m not sure how we could have missed the driver or van. This was the answer I was given when I called 50 minutes later asking where the driver was. I was told 5 minutes to an hour for pick so thought maybe they hadn’t arrived yet. I don’t want to say the driver or service didn’t come for pick up but again, I believe we should have seen them. I was treated very rudely upon my calling to check on the status and when asked when they would come or what they could do…. “You’re a no show, we don’t come back. Not my problem, figure it out yourself.” I also cannot say we won’t be using them again because it is one of the services for the assisted living home we utilize, but it’s not the first issue with them and I would not recommend them to anyone who is a choice."
