"I have mixed feelings about my stay here. As every room is different, I guess I did not luck out and had rather dull decorations. It was bothersome to have the shared bathroom, probably just a few rooms shared bathroom, but everything was perfectly clean despite being a bit run-down. Room service was great. It was easy to reach the reception via the phone in the front desk and they were very helpful with everything. The adjoining bar, Harland Records was great. I guess with the lack of reception and the spacious refrigerator, the hotel felt more like a home."

"This is basically a glorified hostel. First, there's nobody at the desk downstairs, nor was there any communication prior to my arrival on how to get into the building. I had to call two numbers multiple times just to get the door code. Then once I got someone on the phone, I had to have them send me an invite to some third party app just to access the door to my room. Again - None of this was communicated to me prior to my arrival. The elevator is extremely old, and difficult to use since you have to pull open a very heavy steel gate. The room itself was horrible. The first two days the shower didn't drain, so I had to call and complain to get that fixed. There was some weird waxy/soapy material all over the door handle to the bathroom. The sink is awkwardly small like you would find in a boutique hotel in London. More importantly, the room is extremely cold and drafty. I never observed any actual heat coming from the boiler heater in the corner of the room. The window is thin and you can hear everything outside. Avoid this place at all costs."

"This is a great location but the hotel uses an App instead of real keys and of course my traveling buddy had an issue getting into her room and there was nobody at front desk and so it took hours to resolve. Thank goodness for the cleaning crew giving her a master key to get in to her room. Also the elevator gate is hard to use and completely unnecessary."
