"Nice place to stay in SF. Safe area to have walk, very close to piers in Fisherman's Wharf. Staff is very kind and helpful, they could help us with lots of our questions. The room was nice, it's a bit noisy during daytime, but Stull it was okay for us. We did bicycling during our stay, and this place was an ideal starting point for that. Don't miss the Lombard street Crooked road, when you're there, it's very close!"
"I really like the location of this hotel. The only issue I had was the first room we had had a great view of the bay it was amazing. However, when we got back that night, the nightclub right next door was so loud that we couldn't sleep and had to change rooms. The other room did not have a view at all, but we were able to fall asleep."
"The hotel has three great advantages: 1. Its price is reasonable and relatively good for the city. 2. It has a supervised parking lot. 3. The location of the hotel is very good and comfortable - a few minutes walk from Fisherman's Wharf and a few minutes walk from Lombard Street. However, the hotel also has significant disadvantages. 1. He is very noisy! The hotel is located on a main road from which comes a lot of noise from cars and people. We woke up because of this at 6 AM. It is recommended that the hotel invest some money in normal noise insulation. 2. The water pressure in the shower is simply horrible. The water barely comes out. 3. The receptionist who received us was unprofessional. I explained him that I had paid in advance for the hotel, but he insisted that I hadn't, and so he ended up charging us twice. Later he canceled the double charge, but it caused us unnecessary grief, and delayed us in the middle of the night, forcing us to deal with it instead of being able to go to sleep after a long flight."
"Excellent hotel at very convenient location, near the Fisherman's Wharf, Lombard St. and Little Italy. Well equiped and comfortable room, clean and spacious. Staff is pfofessional and welcoming, cheers to Tony. Free parking on spot, a huge bonus. Highly recommended, value for money"
"I was really happy with this hotel after reading all of the hotel reviews. We did take ALL of our belongings out of the car (we were there for 3 days) but felt pretty good about the hotel parking. It is in a great location for transportation. The room was really nice. I will definitely stay again and refer any visiting friends!"
