"I have an appointment tomorrow morning, so I decided to drive by today to make sure I know where I'm going. I thought I could pop in real quick and ask a question. Place was pretty empty, and nobody to talk to at the desk so I did the little sign-in at the kiosk. 4 minutes(!) later I was called to the back by an awesome Viking princess. She was super nice, total pro, had me in and out. I was prepared for a terrible experience, and had a rather pleasant one instead!"
"If you set up an appointment before hand and In the earlier morning hours, easy fast and convenient"
"I tried to come here to get urgent labs I need to go to inpatient eating disorder treatment and the lady came out and started yelling at me to get out because I was more than five minutes late. There was no one else there for an appointment. I'm severely mentally ill and have autism and don't know what she was going on about or why she wouldn't do it. I don't drive so had to schedule transportation through medi-cal and couldn't find the office because the map said building 7 and it was building 8. I had to take anxiety meds just to get to this appointment because of my disabilities. I've never been to this town before. I tried to explain this and she said if I don't leave she's calling the cops. Idk. My test would have taken less than 5 minutes and she said the next appointment wasn't coming for 20....I had completed all the check in info already. Very disgusting how dismissive and unaccommodating this woman was when literally no one else was there. Also extremely inappropriate to yell at a disabled person. There is no documentation anywhere about your appointment being cancelled if you're more than 5 minutes late that I've found. I looked at the confirmation text, email, website, and calendar and it doesn't say anything. It gives a 15 minute appointment slot which was plenty of time for my order. I've been to other quest locations here and in TX and never had issues with such rude and discriminatory staff. This was highly distressing. My admission to the program I'm supposed to go to is also going to be delayed because she felt it was better to try to start an argument and traumatize someone instead of doing her job."
"I can't say enough good stuff about the staff. I tried to make an online appointment for a full set of blood tests but every time I selected a time that said was available, it would not let me book it. I decided to try going in as a walk-in first thing on a Monday morning. The check in procedure was super easy and scanned my ID and insurance which I thought was pretty efficient. Unfortunately the system indicated that I would have to wait 2 hours for the first available appointment. Since I didn't want to drive home just to drive back a few minutes later, I figured I would wait it out and see if I could get the attention of the next employee who came to the lobby to see if I could fly standby (so to speak). A few minutes later a tech came out to find a patient and she was very friendly. I noted I was able to book an appointment, but was wondering if I could go stand by. The lead tech heard me from the hallway, noted I had set the appointment and took me in. Turns out you can check in again and it will put you in the queue. It was so nice that the lead tech gave me that advice. I was able to get in, out and done within 20 minutes. The staff has always been great here. I try to come prepared with my paperwork, but have never had a problem. Thanks to everyone who works here and thank you for being there for the community."
