"Nice enough I would say. Relatively new with a pool and a gym. I would live here. Kind of in a bit of a weird spot. In room 405 the kitchen was so narrow the dishwasher wouldn't fully open. An anomaly I'm certain. Somebody mismeasured somewhere and ran out of space. I definitely would stay here again."

"Don’t expect modern smart televisions at this sub par homewood suites property. Find a more modern hotel that is more up to date for the year 2024. And don’t expect the general manager to return voicemails or emails either regarding getting any specific answers to issues you may encounter during your stay. Front desk will defer to the general manager and then the general manager will not communicate with you thus giving guests the runaround. Not professIonal at all."

"Stayed here on 1/31/24-2/1/24. My king suite room was very clean and spacious! Literally did not interact with the front desk due to using my digital mobile check-in on my phone and also having a digital mobile key to my room. I am a hilton member on the Hilton app. So I would suggest if you don't have it, download it now!! So easy, you skip the line of check-in, and you can also pick your room on the app. The staff are friendly with greeting you as you enter and the staff that are housekeepers very friendly! The breakfast is average, just the seating area is pretty small. They have a beautiful outside patio wish we could've experienced, but it was raining pretty heavily. Coffee downstairs 24/7 serving. They have a shop at the front desk for snacks and beverages. Also, we had a beautiful walk across the hotel next to Oyster Point Bay with our coffee from the hotel. This location is safe and not too far at restaurants/gas stations/fast food restaurants. Our new spot when I am in town again, Thank you!!!"

"Great location! Clean rooms, very good breakfast options (simple rotations for variety), and a nice Wednesday Happy Hour with smiling helpful hosts. Our work group of three felt that this was a central location for our needs. Traffic cooperated as best as it could. Was easy for UBER and Lyft to find us. Clean and spacious rooms. One in our party had some dietary restrictions, so the refrigerator, microwave and stove were great to have access to."

"Very nice hotel, good value, esp. for San Francisco.Carla and Alex at front desk are 2 of the nicest people I’ve ever met in that job. We were staying while my newborn grandson was in the hospital in critical condition. They were very thoughtful and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable, very spacious and well-stocked. Breakfast was great - hot food, waffles, good variety. Personnel kept it stocked, didn’t run out. Nice area, good bay view, felt safe. Short drive to SFO airport. Fairly short drive to UCSF hospital. I am sure we will have need of hotel in this area again, and this will be my go-to place, mainly because I like the people working there. I feel they have good management to support what they do. Two thumbs up!"
