"We stayed here on vouchers after our United flight was cancelled. Service was spectacular! Everyone from the shuttle driver, to the front desk, to the café staff were friendly and helpful. Drinks and food were good. Room was comfortable. Really nice Courtyard location. Would stay again on my own dime."

"We booked their most basic room, last minute, due to a cancelled flight and I can't tell you enough how wonderful our experience was. It was after 10:00pm and they sent a shuttle to pick us up right when I called. On arrival while checking us in the agent noticed our 3 exhausted kids that were all about to share a bed and upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite so they could all have a bed. She gave us water, offered to send up additional bedding and then scheduled us a shuttle back to the airport for 6 am. The room was perfect for our family of 5 and the beds were great. The morning staff were equally as kind. We would absolutely start here again."

"The rooms use to be clean at first, but not anymore. The bedding looks dirty, there is hair all over the bed. All night my skin itches. Visible marks on the bathroom floor. The lotion bottom turned upside down with nothing in it, left over from the last guest. It's a scary feeling because the bedding seems like it is not changed from the last guest so you are placed in a bed another guest just let. Do better guys."

"Clean room. Helpful service at the front desk. Tessie was great for breakfast service. Jesus the shuttle driver was entertaining and helped us get to the rental car pick up safely. Tom in the Bistro pours a good drink, and the food is what you might expect from a small kitchen... nothing exceptional, but convenient at the end of a long day. This hotel is near the airport and they accommodate Philippine Air Lines crew, which means that they have overnight house keeping, but this was not an issue for me."
