"We stayed one night due to a 2 hour travel from home and a 530am flight. Great placed ro eat close by. Easy check in, shuttles to airport. We didn't take the shuttle, but Lyft took leas than 10min to get there. Room was very clean and beds were super comfortable! I would definitely stay again. Excellent place!"

"Despite full shuttle driver delivered us in a timely manner to the international terminal. Room was quiet, clean offered top floor. Nice area to walk in the neighborhood. Wonderful Mexican restaurant close by. Taxi to hotel shuttle not start til 3 pm. I arrived 1"

"We stayed at Hotel Aura for one night as it was conveniently located nearby to the airport for our flight back home the following day. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle at specific times throughout the day which we made use of when checking out. We stayed in room 219, it was a huge bedroom, definitely the largest room out of all the hotels we stayed in during our 3 week vacation. This was very helpful when packing up our suitcases. There is a complimentary breakfast but it is extremely limited so do not get your hopes up. If you have high expectations then it's best to skip breakfast and buy some at the airport. The hotel is great value for money, we paid £180 for the night which was very reasonable in comparison to other hotels in the area. Although the San Bruno area doesn't look much, it is quite a friendly residential neighbourhood with some nice restaurants. We walked to dinner and saw lots of young families. There is also some underground parking although we did not make use of this. We found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone."

"I loved this spot. Wasn’t super familiar with the area and couldn’t tell from Google Street View etc if it was a seedy area or not. I would say it’s right on the edge but that didn’t affect my stay whatsoever. The hotel is a tad dated but has everything you need for a nice night’s rest before (or after) your flight. The airport shuttle was on point. Everyone I interacted with was kind, courteous and professional. And you can’t beat the price. Recommend!"

"Everything from check-in to check-out and in between was first class. The welcoming lady at the reception desk was friendly, professional and helpful. Our checkin went smoothly. Our room was clean and comfortable with coffee available! The kind woman at the front desk helped us find an easily accessible (and great!) restaurant just across the street and we were able to meet up with and spend time with friends from the area. The morning breakfast was perfect and our morning trip to drop off our rental car was easy. We arrived in plenty of time to stretch our legs before our flight. We definitely recommend this hotel and we hope to return in the future!"
