"There is still room for improvement in their hardware at such $300~600 per night category: 1. The shower water pressure is weak and not sufficient for quick body cleaning. 2. There is no switch panel near the bed, so one needs to get up to turn off the room lights. 3. There are many fancy but not necessarily useful sensors; for example, the room lights randomly turn off. 4. The room door has poor sound isolation, so the elevator ding or doorbell from other rooms sounds loud, almost like it rings every hour. 5. The fridge makes noise periodically, which disrupts sleep."

"Great location to watch the Nuggets beat the warriors. Lol. The hotel is new and very nicely appointed. Robots roam the hallways to deliver items throughout the hotel. Barista staff is a bit rude, but they have decent coffee. We had a great stay in a corner room with a magnificent 180-degree view."

"Please place to stay in SF. Outstanding Service, and that includes the Robots. Location...Location...Location Walking distance to Orical ballpark and 2 blocks from Chase Arena. The gym is top-notch. The rooms are beautiful with large showers. The views of the Bay and City are outstanding. Enjoy"

"This hotel is top notch!! Love it here!! We really enjoyed the stay! My only issue is there room size and number of people that can stay in a room. I have a family of five and we had to get too rooms because they only allow 4 people per room. So it cost me double! My kids are young and we could have easily fit in one room. Other than that it was very nice."

"From the moment we arrived we were greeted and valet parking was instant! We booked 3 rooms a few months prior for the Stevie Nicks concert . Keys were given to the valet and we instantly got our rooms. Staff was very friendly and told us about all the amenities! Rooms were nice , clean and comfortable! Make sure you check out the rooftop bar when it opens! There is a gym, and wine tasting . Order coffee and a robot brings it to you !! Next day we checked out and so was 500 other people at the same time ! To make up for the time they took the cost of the valet parking off the bill! I would stay here again as a group anytime !"
