Comfort Inn By the Bay

"The service in this hotel is really good. The location is also extremely convenient for tourists to San Francisco as it’s near Lombard street and public transit and not too far from Fisherman’s Wharf and the Golden Gate. The area is much nicer than downtown. The rooms are ok since the rooms are dated and the shower is not the best. However, the views of the Golden Gate are amazing from higher floors facing the bay. The breakfast is ok and gets busy but it’s a good value for this price point. The common areas are also well maintained."

"The room was great. Amazing view of the bridge and the rest of the bay/city. The hot breakfast behind exceptable for the price. Great deal!! The change the menu daily on the meat. The stuff is 1 of the best we have met in any city and very eager to help out on any issue.... The location is the best part for being a tourist. It's right in the middle of every tourist attraction. Also the city bus routes are right there, no need to rent a car!!! If I were to visit again I'd definitely stay here! . . I am not a reviews person but this place literally was beyond my expectations! Thanks Comfort Inn crew!!"

"I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn By the Bay in San Francisco. While the hotel itself was clean and the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, there are certainly areas where improvements could be made. The lack of a gym or fitness facilities was a downside for me, and the breakfast was just average at best. Moreover, having to pay for parking was a bit of a letdown, considering the standard rates of the area. Overall, it's a decent choice for a short stay, but I would suggest the management considers these areas for enhancing the guest experience in the future."

"The rooms are cute and there is enough space, but the windows can’t be opened, which doesn’t allow for air to circulate, and are dirty. The bed are so comfortable I slept super well every single night. The bathroom is very small and the door only includes the bath with the shower and the toilet, the sink is kind of outside of the actual bathroom. There is a closet and two mirrors. The room has a lot of light thanks to the big window and the view is amazing, you can see the ocean and the Golden Gate. The breakfast has various choices and is yummy. The service is incredibly nice. The hotel is located in a practical place of the city because it’s near to various cool areas to visit and stations as well. I had a good experience :) would recommend. Thank you love youuu"

"I stayed here for a few nights in mid-August. I normally would have picked a location closer to the downtown area but with the unpleasant changes in that area, I decided to go with this one. This was a complete winner for me. The location is great with it being a short drive to most any place one would want to go in the northern San Fran area and close enough to enjoy a nice stroll (or lengthy walk) to any of the eateries and other hot spots if you are the walking type. The room was as clean as I hoped it would be; no complaints there. Parking was included but hey, its California, so of course it was pricey at $30/night. The underground parking was also really tight. All in all, the hotel met all my needs during my stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Northern San Fran."
