"They change the reason for the apt without telling you. Took my son in to get cavities filled, they changed the appointment to sealants. After he's already had them. Just another insurance scamming place."

"I would give zero stars if I could. I will be contacting the BBB until someone takes an interest in this place I am so tired of the only place available for dental work treats you like complete garbage. I had a filling done today but I have an infection on the exact same tooth but other side and instead of looking at it quick or just giving some quick advice till my next treatment the Dr decided to push down on the swollen lump on my face causing me to jump out of my chair twice. Needless to say I will not be going back to this clinic anytime soon. Wouldn’t matter if I could anyway I was told they had no space available and I’d likely get a call. If you can go somewhere else I would absolutely recommend it. Edit: I completely forgot that the amoxicillin I had asked for couldn’t be filled by Walgreens because the prescriber couldn’t prescribe to my insurance? What does that even mean? So instead of call something in where I live I have to wait now because she “The Dr” can’t do it electronically"

"I'm pregnant and had to have a wisdom tooth and the one in front of it pulled. The doc starts with two numbing shots, then realizes his assistant set him up with the wrong medicine due to it NOT being safe to use during pregnancy! They swap it to the safe option. He injected one directly into a nerve in my mouth, which was so painful my reflexes jerked me back. Once he had them removed and went to put the two stitches in he had such a hard time placing them deep enough that he failed FIVE times. It felt like he turned my swollen gums into ground beef. I never have been afraid of the dentist. This traumatized me so bad that every time I think about having to go back all I can remember is sitting in that chair with my whole body flexing, sweating, and just pressing my body as hard as I could into that seat. I remember my hands sweating so bad that every time I squeezed the arm rest to press myself harder into the back of the chair my hands weren't able to catch a grip. This has lead to YEARS of broken teeth, abscess', and extreme mouth pain because all of those seem safer to me to deal with than taking a chance on having another experience like that again."

"Incredibly nice staff and comforting. Very laid back and easy going about your need for patience and understanding with fearful patients. Cheerful dentist who all made me feel better than I did going in. Would absolutely recommend this place."

"I’m a manager of an assisted living facility and have had an appointment for my patient set up many times and they always cancel at the last minute! I’ve explained many times that I need to schedule extra staff, have a taxi to take her to the appointment and they cancelled again. I can understand one time but this is every time we have an appointment set up for her!"
