"I was publicly shamed by what I assume is a manager because they only use one register for cash, which is fine, and I was paying cash like the customer in front of me. When the worker on the register was checking the other customer out she got the attention of the other worker next to her that had been talking with a customer to come help me since they didn't want wait time. That worker then asked me if I was using cash or card which I said said cash and informed me they would have to use the register already in use for having trouble balancing registers at the end of the night. That was fine but then she turned to me and says word for word "sometimes the repeat customers use cash and know we only use one register," she then looked me in my eye and says "like CERTAIN repeat offenders who know we only use one." In front of a store full of people. I have no where else in the area I can possibly buy what I needed this trip and was getting shamed for spending money at the store. Disgusting. Then while I tried to checkout so I could leave with the first worker, I was trying to give my rewards information but the same worker that shamed me was talking so loudly the worker couldn't hear me. We tried 4 or 5 times to use my rewards before I told her to skip it because wasn't a big deal and I just wanted to leave. I am aware I don't shop here often so there won't be much business lost, which makes the comment of me being a repeat offender who knows how the store works even more irritating, but I refuse to return to this store and will now on buy what I need online from other businesses who will appreciate my purchases. I will also be reaching out to Sally coorperate at how I was treated."

"I went there to look for a dark blue hair dye to put over my darkish hair. I asked an employee what they recommended they said they didn’t know much about dark hair and they would get a different employee. I waited 10 minutes for a different employee because they were talking to another costumer but could clearly see i was waiting on them. They finally came over, actually all 3 employees just stood there and stared at me. I asked them what I should do they made harsh comments about my hair and was saying my hair was green and it was not. Whenever I replied to what they said they all just stood there and stared at me and it made me really uncomfortable and embarrassed. Really disappointed in this place, they didn’t help me at all."

"It was awesome to finally go in there. The manager was so helpful and still made sure I stayed within my budget. She even helped describe how to do, what we wanted to do. Definitely recommend going here if you can't get to a salon."

"I used to always get my supplies from Walmart but lately I've been going to sallys to make sure I get the right items. I've always had nice workers help me find what I need. I will say their prices on some things are pretty high. I spent 200 today on just a small bottle of shampoo and conditioner and some things to do my nails. I got gel and most of each tiny bottle was 14 dollars. I did my nails and the gel seems to be holding up well. So, id say they have some quality product but you definitely pay for it. Also, a lot of selection for hair color and for products to use to do your hair (unlike walmart)."
