"Cool place to get your blood drawn or to do other lab work. The online appointment was very easy to use and also the check in process was great too. They allow checking in from your phone or one of their kiosk 10 minutes prior to your appointment. The phlebotomist was friendly and quick. I was in and out within a few minutes. They have outlets on the walls for charging your phone, laptop, tablet, etc. 3/6/24 Second visit was not a good experience. Basically, it comes down to Earl doing great trying to figure out how to get through the paperwork. His lady coworker was unprofessional for this kind of environment. No need to mention her name because if you get services by her, you will know."

"Kub, the phlebotomist, was superb in her job. I got 4 vials of blood drawn and she did not cause me any pain at all. I have thin veins and that throws off some nurses, but Kub excel in her job! Thanks."

"Place is not too bad. I guess it depends on who draws your blood haha. My phlebotomist did quite well and I was seen right on time for my appointment so I can’t really complain. I didn’t really talk much and tried being respectful myself and I wasn’t given any attitude like some of the other reviewers here. The lobby area does seem a little less clean than other facilities I’ve been to but it wasn’t too bad. Place was packed for a Monday though"
