"This is probably one of the worst haircuts of my life. I asked for an under cut and yet there’s not hair it go under. The last couple times I’ve been here was great. But today was not good, first she cut my hair too low on the sides asking for a 3 faded to skin and the hair now looks like a bowl cut. I’m not coming back."

"I have been going to this particular Great Clips for a long time. Today I had a stylist who I have never had before. She was in a rush, rude and didn’t touch the top of my hair. I still tipped her and didn’t complain about my haircut. I am not in the business of making someone’s day worse. I don’t know if she was having a bad day, thought she knew me and doesn’t like me (I didn’t recognize her), doesn’t like her job or just didn't want to be there but she was very abrasive and not what I am used to when going there. When I left, I called and spoke with Lisa who I am very familiar with and I asked her if I could come have her fix my cut later. She happily obliged. I felt bad asking because it’s just hair and I can get another cut in two weeks but if the top wasn’t cut (short hairstyle) what’s the point of paying for another one sooner than I usually would have to. Lisa fixed it when I came back and was very happy to do it. Even though I had the bad experience I did today, I still give them 5 stars because 1 bad experience doesn’t define ther service I have had in the past. Lisa, Erica and Emily are great and they are the reason I continue to go back. Just hope that the gal I initially had today, had a better afternoon and evening. We all have bad days, just wish it wasn’t taken out on me."

I arrived at 6:20 PM and was informed of a 20-minute wait, which seemed reasonable. However, the person before me received extra attention, causing a delay. When it was finally my turn, I was asked to pay upfront, which I did, along with a $3.50 tip on my $20 haircut. Unfortunately, my haircut felt rushed, and the stylist appeared impatient and agitated. They complained about wanting to leave for the day and even mentioned issues with the closing procedure and cash drawer. The haircut itself looks okay, but as a customer, I felt somewhat unwanted and uncomfortable due to the rush and complaints during my appointment. It's crucial for businesses to provide a positive and welcoming experience for their customers. In summary, while the haircut result is acceptable, the overall experience left much to be desired in terms of customer service and professionalism."
