"I'm traveling through our country from California and have short hair and unless kept trimmed can get shaggy. I was a couple weeks overdue for a cut and called Hair Paradise and soon I was lucky to get a same day appointment with Dawn Dawn was a big, warm smile from the get go and gave me a tip about potentially viewing eagles in the area. What's important is the cut and she did a great job! Nice attention to detail - everything precise as it needs to be with a short haircut. She was efficient and I was on my way in no time. I posted a picture of my haircut on FB and my friends all liked it. Thanks Dawn!"

"My wife had her bridal party get their hair and make-up done at Hair Paradise and left very disappointed. My wife called and verified with Hair Paradise the number of women who needed styles and make-up done several weeks before the wedding, on more than one occasion. Hair Paradise called the Friday before confused with the number of women who needed make up done, and again, it was verified only a small number needed make-up. When my wife and the party arrived, the manager was upset and impolitely asked how many women needed make-up done as two make-up artists were brought in. The manager was visibly upset with my wife that there were two make-up artist for only four women who requested make-up. Before greeting my wife, the bride, with a smile on her big day, she was greeted with bitterness and tried to place blame on my wife, the customer, for having too many make-up artists. After my wife told the manger how many times this number was confirmed, the manager stated, "well, this seems to be happening a lot around here." The tone of the rest of the experience was tense and sour. My wife and her friends had a VERY unpleasant experience. It was obvious to my wife and the party that there was tension in the room. Plus, there was puke in the restroom in the toilet and some of the employees seemed ill or hungover. Terrible service and management for weddings. Several of the women were unhappy with their hair as well."
