"Mixed bag! The staff has all been kind and helpful, but I have had multiple experiences here with Dentists being patronizing, trash talking my teeth right in front of me, and overall being unnecessarily rude. I will definitely be choosing a different dentist office in the future"

"Had an appointment scheduled here back in late winter/early spring. A week before the appointment, I got a call from the hygienist or dentist working there saying they were far and not going to make it. Not really sure what that meant or why they couldn't just move the appointment to a later time in the day the original appointment was scheduled because it was their fault they were "far". They didn't really offer to do anything to set me up with another time close to the original appointment date even though it was their fault for being "far". Super weird and vague reasoning they gave me so I cancelled with them and didn't bother trying to get a different date scheduled with them. Only remembering this now because of them I'm finally getting in at a different place. Finally getting a checkup so late because this place told me they could get me in back then, making me book with them, only for them to go back on the scheduled date they set me up with leaving me to get a late appointment elsewhere. Terrible commitment to new patients that are trying to get in. Avoid this place if you are seeking new dental service."
