"We had an appointment scheduled for our child, they had to cancel and made a new appointment we couldn't keep due do a death in the family. I called to schedule another appointment and due to what they call we missed an appointment, she's now considered a new patient and they are not accepting new patients. We really loved this place for her I think the way I was explained this today when I called I was awful disappointed in the customer service. I wish they would consider another appointment considering a death in the family is not preventable."

"Worst experience ever! Me and my son went in for his appointment today Monday March 27th 8am. We arrive were back in a chair very quickly the dentist came but never introduced himself was clearly upset already began to grill my 8 year old and ask why he was even there and I could see the hygienist was physically uncomfortable from the whole situation. My son said no they don't hurt now but they did and the dentist became angry and said well what is it then and began to lashout causing my son to shut down and he was clearly upset by the situation so I told the dentist he needed to chill out at which point he started yelling at me and lashing out at me at which point told him he is only 8 you need to chill so he got up and told me well figure out what you need then come get me. But it was very clear what the appointment was for and why we were there. He wouldn't even look unless my son could clearly tell him what was going on even though I explained it. The dentist tried to pin my sons arms down just because he put his hand up to block the light from his eyes that is ridiculous. We walked out without finishing the appointment and when asked if we would like to schedule a new appointment I said no we will never be returning."

"I am blown away by this place. I have had some pretty terrible experiences back in Denver, and this was the opposite. From the moment we got there to the moment we left we felt right at home. They took such great care of our kids. I highly recommend this place. Thanks for everything!"

Dr. Hanks and his staff made the children so comfortable, had them watch a movie, talked through the whole process with us, and made us feel at ease. They were great at answering my questions, encouraging the children, and letting me be involved in the process. I left feeling relieved, well informed, and educated about my questions with great tips for dental health without judgment."
