"Appointment cancelled with no communication. Scheduled 3 weeks in advance, 7 AM the day after thanksgiving. Did the online forms 3 days before. Confirmed by text 2 days before. Nobody is there when I arrive. Someone from the blood lab looks and apparently my appointment was cancelled with no note suggesting why. Hope I’m not actually sick. Stunning incompetence."

"I can only speak on my experience with the reception desk and my ultrasound experience. Although the man on the phone sounded uninterested/cold, the front desk staff were lovely and kind. My ultrasound technician was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable and cared for, I would go back to get an ultrasound again. I also called back for a CD copy and got it the next day with zero issues."
