"Atrocious handling of queues and appointments. I was told over the phone show up at a given time and I could sit down with a particular stylist right then, as their day started. Being unable to make an appointment, which has always been ridiculous, I obliged. I even showed up early and was told 11:45. STOP WASTING MY TIME. I was ready to become a regular, as you have a rather talented stylist that I like. Well, too bad. Horrible business practice, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Don't go here, look for something else. Your time will be wasted. "No appointment salon" then why was I told I could come in, at 11, right when I was told one of you stylists would be in, and I would be seen right then? I didn't ask for an appointment, all I asked was when someone was in, your staff offered I would be seen right away, and then reneged. So which is it? Or maybe whomever answered the phone needs to be brought under control. You wasted my time with a promise you apparently couldn't keep. "It is not for everyone," sure, a no appointment salon might not be for everyone, but keeping your promises and not jerking people around should be for everyone. Shame on you."

"First and last time coming here. The hair cut wasn't awful, but they ignored what I asked for. I showed a picture of what i wanted it to look like. At the end it was completely different than what they described they were going to do and different than what I asked for. They said it'd grow out to be what I wanted, but it looked nothing like the picture of my ladt hair cut that I showed them."
