"Teresa is a great person she listens tohow you would like your hair cut, styled,also if you want your hair colored.Also she does a Great job on your nails. I am all pleased every three weeks when I go in and get my hair and nails done. A very homey place to go. Keep up the good work."

"Set up appt for pink highlites with Teresa 3 weeks in advance. She said $57 for the pink and $18 for the cut. She calls letting me know she had a cancelation the day before my original appt, so I go to that appt! I get there and she asks if I have a photo of what I’d like. I show her my pic- she says she can’t do pink... uhh, okay? Then why did she even set up the appt with me? So I agree to blonde in a panic cause I have professional photos in 2 days.. at the end of the appt I find out she didn’t dye it blonde- only lifted my color. I’m super not satisfied, can’t even tell a difference in my hair- nor can anyone else (not even my own family). She says she went for a natural look, even though I came in asking for pink hair originally. She sets up another appt (for free) to fix it. I agree, and text her later that day to confirm my photo I originally sent her so we’re 100% on the same page this time. No response. I call the next day- she tells me she will charge extra! So not only did she ignore my messages but she was going to charge me again because she didn’t set the correct time up the first time to do what I originally wanted... after bickering she agreed to finally refund my $57. Love my hair cut, hate my new style. Thought it was highly unprofessional to not set up the correct time limit to do what I wanted, and then had the nerve to try and charge me again.. will not go back nor recommend."
