The experience was luxurious in its details, from chocolate left on the pillow to travel slippers laid out by the bed and room service for breakfast. It was an easy walk to downtown and we found plenty there to look at and taste."

"This is a beautiful hotel, but the ponytail guy at the front desk is the most pretentious person I’ve ever talked to. …and groomed like a clown. Oldboy referring to the hotel as “my hotel” is something I’ll laugh about for days to come. I wish everyone were that excited about an entry level job."

"Absolutely beautiful room and great location in the town. Champagne when you arrive at check-in and a lovely fireplace at the foot of your bed. Chocolates on your pillow with turndown service. Parfait and scone for breakfast delivered to your door at the time of your choice. Amazing experience."

"Absolutely one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in! A true gem in Healdsburg. The staff is super accommodating. The rooms are GORGEOUS! The bathrooms are LUXURIOUS! And the location is perfect. Walking distance to stores, great restaurants, and tasting rooms. (and a Farmers Market on Saturdays). And a short drive to hundreds of wonderful wineries/ vineyards. I was going to "treat" myself with one stay..... and have been going back ever since. Its THAT NICE!!"
