"This was my first visit to Pixie Nails. Sam did an outstanding job. She didn't rush through the appointment, which I appreciate. Typically for a pedicure I'm in and out the door under an hour. This time I was there for 1.5 hours. Yes, there is drying time of 15 minutes, but she really took her time to do a thorough job. If I lived in Rochester this would be my go to place everytime."

"I got an acrylic gel French tip manicure done here and I was disappointed especially given how good the reviews are. My nail tech only applied one coat of pink polish (usually it’s at least 2 coats), and while it looks good from afar, up close you can see the brush strokes and it is patchy in areas. Additionally, the polish already started to chip after only two days when usually it will last at least 3 weeks for me with no chipping when I’ve gone to other salons."

They are very accommodating to my schedule, and my request for specific colors, shapes and styles. I don’t go anywhere else!! Highly recommend - You will not be disappointed!"

"I have been coming here for a year and half now. Every single time, I am greeted warmly, by name, and come out with amazing nails. I happened upon this place when I was hoping to get a walk-in appointment before a trip and they were super welcoming and able to fit me in. I have been coming ever since. I always see Nora, but have yet to see anything bad from any of the people there. I show Nora a picture of something and she goes to town! She always out-does the inspiration photo. She is extremely humble in her skills, but she never disappoints. I am attaching some of the work she has done for me. The place is very clean, bright, and welcoming. I absolutely love it."
